Free Fire Winter Invitational 2021 is an officially organized Free Fire tournament that will be starting from 15 December ending on 19 December 2021. Garena Free Fire keeps bringing such medium-level tournaments in seasons like summer, spring, and winter. There may not be the official 4 member players in the teams that you’ve been seeing in past tournaments. The captains and the players of the teams will be different for this tournament. This tournament will be only for the Indian Server.
Prize Pool
The prize pool of the FFWI 2021 (Free Fire Winter Invitational 2021) is declared to be Rs. 10,00,000 (INR). The prize amount will be distributed among the 12 teams playing in this tournament. The teams are invited by Garena Free Fire itself. There won’t be any qualifier stage for the selection of teams.

There will be a total of 12 teams playing in this tournament. All the teams/captains have been selected by fans through official community voting. None of them will be coming through any kind of open qualifier stage. The title of this tournament itself explains this fact. The 12 teams’ names will be on their captain’s name. For example, Team FozyAjay, Team Jonty, Team Killer, etc are the playing teams for this tournament.

The team captains for this tournament will be different than in the past tournaments. Note that the team captain and members appearing in this tournament will be temporary. The official teams are still the same for other esports tournaments. For example, there will be 3 captains Iconic, Jonty, and Killer from team Orangutan Elite (previously known as Team Elite) who will be playing with other teammates for this tournament.

Every official tournament is hosted by a host who makes sure that the audience is engaged in the matches. There are some familiar names Aura Gaming, MAMBASR, Gaming With AB, etc. who have been hosting Free Fire Official tournaments in India for a long time. For this tournament, there is only one host.
